At RARESTATE, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Return Shipping

We offer free return shipping for eligible returns.

Non-Returnable Items

Items purchased during special promotions or clearance sales may not be eligible for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
